Deposit Details:
- A deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total tour costs, is required to secure your reservation.
- Remaining payment must be made 60 Day Prior to Tour Start Date
Cancellation Timeline:
- More than 90 Days Before Tour Start Date:
- 50% refund on the deposit.
- Less Than 90 Days Before Tour Start Date:
- Unfortunately, no refund is available from deposit or final payment.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we encourage customers to reach out to discuss their situation. We are committed to finding mutually agreeable solutions whenever possible.
